Endurance Consulting Group opened its doors in Des Moines Iowa July 2016 with a small group of dedicated, entrepreneurial minded individuals. We are currently working with one of the largest Fortune 500™ telecommunication companies in the United States. Their investment in new services around the country has created a constant need for more representation which has provided us with an opportunity to grow and expand with them with the goal of becoming their premier partner for representation.

Meet Our Team

Danny Brebrick – President

Originally from Wisconsin,  ‘Go Green Bay’!  He attended the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.  He graduated with a degree in Business and Marketing with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Business.  After college he wasn’t sure what he wanted to do and decided to start with a firm located in Edina, MN because of the opportunity for advancement and growth.  After a year in Minnesota he was given the opportunity to expand with the company and help open a new location in Seattle, Washington. This proved to be a great growth and learning experience for him and in less than one year in the Seattle market he was promoted to management and given the opportunity to oversee his own office in Des Moines, Iowa.

Adrian Wilson – Managing Partner

Born and raised in Jamaica, Adrian Wilson moved to Orlando, FL at the age of 16. He worked as an IT specialist after receiving his B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Florida. Adrian has always had an entrepreneurial mindset and he wanted to take advantage of the American dream by owning his own business. He quickly realized sitting in a cubicle all day was not his style so he ventured away from the IT scene and into sales and marketing. When asked why he picked sales and marketing he responded, “I believe customers don’t buy the product they buy you, I have been told I have a pretty fun personality, and if I’m just naturally good at being me, why not make a career out of it?” So Adrian started his sales and marketing venture in Chicago, IL on our energy campaign. He excelled not only in sales but leadership as well. He then relocated to Edina, MN where he worked his way into management. We asked what worked for him and he said “The idea that there is no seniority and promotions are based work ethic. I had full control of my own future; plus, I promised my mom that I would one day retire her and I’m a man of my word.”

September Martinez – Recruiter

Born in New York, raised in Washington, and attended school in Colorado, September loves traveling and is very adventurous. While studying psychology, she found that her pathway to happiness was helping other people succeed and making an impact on every person she crossed paths with. Living in a small town, September always wanted more, new people, new places and new opportunity. She was offered a position with a growing company in Seattle, which developed her entrepreneurial attitude. This then led her to expand here to Des Moines, Iowa. Providing opportunity and helping individuals reach their goals is what motivates her. She is reminded everyday with this quote, “people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care”. -Theodore Roosevelt

Caitlin Watson – Recruiter

Born and raised in Springfield, Illinois, Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Quincy University. After graduation, Caitlin and her husband made the decision to move to Saint Paul, Minnesota where she discovered her passion in recruiting talented individuals looking for unlimited opportunity with a career at Endurance Consulting Group. Caitlin enjoys working with these individuals through the ladder of success while bringing enthusiasm, hard work, and can-do attitude that Endurance Consulting Group seeks in its team members

For Clients and Candidates: We look at several things when we are acquiring a new client but the most important requirement is that the client and service or product is available in more than 25 markets around the United States. This provides an opportunity for individuals within our company to advance and expand.

Do I need prior business or management experience to apply?

Great question! We provide a mentor program that provides all of the necessary business and management training required to be successful here. We have found that candidates from other industries or with little experience can succeed with our company as long as their core values align with ours.
